Question: Is there a limit to the number of authors ?

Ans: There can be at most 6 authors.

Question: How much time do I have for my presentation?

Ans: Normally you have 15 minutes (including Q&A) for a full oral presentation.

Question: I have submitted a paper, when can I receive the feedback?

Ans: Once you have submitted a paper, the secretary will inform you the paper ID and give some formatting feedbacks within 3 work days.

Question: How should I do if I miss the submission deadline or cannot submit on the deadline ?

Ans: You are advised to request for a deadline extension in advance via email or phone (The decision will be taken by the conference committee).

Question: When the conference proceedings will be published online?

Ans: Tentatively, it will take around 3-5 months after the conference. This might differ depending on the number of papers we receive and extension of deadlines if any.

Question: When can I receive the acceptance notification after the submission?

Ans: The papers will be assigned to the reviewers within 3 work days and we will try our best to send you the notification before the informed notification date. (Normally it takes 15-30 days).
