Paper Submission: Authors are invited to submit an unpublished original work that must not have been submitted to an other conference, workshop or journal. All papers will be peer-reviewed by members of the Program Committee and be evaluated for originality, significance of the contribution, technical correctness and presentation.
Submitted research track and application track manuscripts will be limited to 5 pages and REQUIRED to be formatted using the Proceedings template in WORD. The submitted papers can only be in the format of PDF or WORD. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to attend the conference and present the paper. Submissions should include paper title, abstract, name of authors, their affiliations, and emails addresses.

Regular Papers: 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
Submission Method: please submit the paper in pdf file to the electronic submission system.
In order to submit a paper, click on the link to the appropriate submission system powered by Easychair, and follow the below steps:
Step 1. For existing user, just sign-in and jump to step 5; For
a new user, move to step 2
Step 2. Click the "Create an Account " link
Step 3. Fill in the registration form, and read the registrations agreements carefully, then click " I agree and Registration" button
Step 4. You will get a new account and be logged into the user default page automatically
Step 5. Click "Enter as an Author"
Step 6. Fill-out the Paper Submission form
Step 7. You will now have an upload section on at the bottom of the form
Step 8. Click Browse
Step 9. Select your paper
Step 10. Click Submit
