The conference ICBDE 2019 was held in Greenwich University, London, UK from March 30 to April 01, 2019 successfully. This year, the conference was addressed by three keynote speakers. They are Prof. Joy Kutaka Kennedy, National University, USA, Prof. Luiz Moutinho, University of Suffolk, UK, and Prof. Murali Krishnamurthi, Northern Illinois University, USA. More than 50 participants joint and shared their latest research with the fields of Data Mining and Analysis, Education Innovation, Digital Technologies in Education, Information Technology and Big Data Applications, etc.
