The conference chair will host the opening ceremony.
Keynote speakers will present cutting-edge research (45-minute talks each).
A group photo session will take place during the intermission.

13:00–18:00 – Authors’ Oral Presentations
Parallel sessions grouped by conference topics.
Each presenter has a 15-minute slot (max. 13 minutes for presentation + 2 minutes Q&A).
Arrive 20 minutes early to upload your presentation (PPT/PDF) to the session room’s Windows laptop.
Session chairs will grade presentations and announce Best Paper/Poster Awards after all sessions. Note: Some "Best Presentation" awards may be announced immediately post-session due to early departures.
Timing: Strictly 15 minutes total (13 min presentation + 2 min Q&A).
Format:
Use the provided Windows laptop (no Macs; personal laptops discouraged).
Slides in 16:9 ratio; minimize animations.
Test compatibility with Windows software (common fonts recommended).
Submission:
Bring your USB drive to your session room 20 minutes early and hand it to staff.
Poster Size: A1 (portrait format).
Display:
Mounting materials provided.
Check the program for your assigned ID number and session board.
Attendance: Be present at your poster during the scheduled session.
Setup/Takedown: Follow the schedule emailed by September 30, 2025.
Accommodation is not provided.
